What is this satanic devilish concept?!
The idea of the degenerate in the like of Ibrāheem Abu Naasir (Oshogbo), expressing that Ibn Taymiyyah never made takfeer on an-Najashi (the Negus) despite the fact that he managed by other than the Shari'ah of the Lord of the world?
Shaikh Abu Salman as-Somali – May Allah safeguard him – was inquired: "As you have referenced that Ibn Taymiyyah is from the class of researchers who don't pardon one who is a casualty of a significant Kufr, yet there is a book relating that he embraced the decision by other than what has been uncovered by Allah in instances of the inadequacy of administering by the Book (Al-Qur'an), without pressure, as he has said in 'Manhaj Sunnah':
"What's more, the Negus, it was impractical for him to control by the Qur'an; and his kin didn't confirm that. What's more, frequently would a man take on the situation of an adjudicator among the Muslims and the Tatars or even as an Imaam – and in his heart are things of equity he would need to act with, yet not ready to do as such rather, there were the individuals who keep him from doing as such, and Allah doesn't accuse a spirit besides of that inside its ability. What's more, Umar bn Abdul'azeez was taken as an adversary and hurt for what he set up of Justice and it was said that he was even poisoned for doing that! Along these lines, an-Najashi and his preferences are noble individuals of Jannah, despite the fact that they couldn't cling to a portion of the laws of Islam over which they had no force, however, they administered by what was in their ability. For that, Allah makes them among the Ahlul-Kitaab… " End quote. Also, the protectors of the Tawagheet (Kufr rulers) who rule by other than what Allah uncovers today have accepted this articulation as a stand. Anyway, what is your view on this articulation [of Ibn Taimiyyah] which repudiates what you asserted?
Answer:
The assertion of the examiner contains a few mistakes that we need to survey in straightforwardness:
🔴 First Error: His explanation that Ibn Taymiyyah – May Allah be satisfied with him) – "embraced the decision with other than what Allah has uncovered in instances of lack of ability to manage by the book, and without intimidation", since this is a bogus explanation which none from individuals of Islam has at any point said, neither Ibn Taymiyyah nor others from the exemplary researchers of the Ummah, and the assertion of the Shaikh doesn't highlight this neither according to approach viewpoint nor far!
Without a doubt, whoever says this acclaimed underwriting is a kaafir by need.
🔴 Second Error: an-Najashi, Ibn Abdul'azeez, and judges under the domain of the skeptics didn't control by other than what Allah uncovers, they somewhat administered by what Allah uncovers based on what was inside their ability, and Allah doesn't accuse a spirit besides of that inside its ability; and furthermore the plausible in administering by the Sharee'ah isn't spurned due to the infeasible of decisions of Allah. This is the reason the Sheik – May Allah is satisfied with him – said: "And the Negus, it was impractical for him to run by the Qur'an; and his kin didn't attest that. Also, regularly would a man take on the situation of an adjudicator among the Muslims and the Tatars or even as an Imaam – and in his heart are things of equity he would need to act with, yet not ready to do as such rather, there were the individuals who keep him from doing as such, and Allah doesn't accuse a spirit besides of that inside its ability. What's more, Umar bn Abdul'azeez was taken as an adversary and hurt for what he set up of Justice and it was said that he was even poisoned for doing that! Thus, an-Najashi and his like are noble individuals of Jannah, despite the fact that they couldn't cling to the portion of the laws of Islam over which they had no force, however, they managed by what was in their ability. For that, Allah makes them among the Ahlul-Kitaab… "
🔴 Third Error: The idea of the examiner in regards to the assertion of the Shaikh: "however they governed by what was in their ability" as embracing the decision by other than what Allah has uncovered, setting upon it images of festivity, and focal points; while he is bamboozled in each perspective, petitioning in the wrong setting. This is on the grounds that the assertion of the Shaikh is perfectly clear that the individuals who are frail on certain parts of the Sharee'ah have unquestionably governed by what was inside their ability; since what isn't inside an individual's ability by insight is actually similar to what isn't contained in the Sharee'ah at first. What's more, what is inside an individual's ability by insight is required in the Shari'ah.
🔴 Fourth Error: The assertion, "And the safeguards of the Tawagheet (Kufr rulers) who rule by other than what Allah uncovers today have accepted this explanation as a stand. All in all, what is your view on this proclamation [of Ibn Taimiyyah] which repudiates what you're attested to?"
This is a mistake formed upon incorrect agreement or wrong expectation and Allah's guide is looked for!
The assertion of the Shaikh isn't needing explanation and understanding since it is express in its significance, clear in its specific situation: Whosoever is frail upon a part of the laws of Allah having no ability to execute it should fear Allah however much he can; ((So, dread Allah however much you are capable)) [64:16]
"On the off chance that I order you of something, do it however much you can"!
Would we be able to say to somebody who can't butcher to Allah the Lord of the world that it is admissible for him to butcher to other than Allah?
Or then again one who has no capacity of marriage that it is allowable for him to have sex?
Or then again one who has no admittance to that which is unadulterated, that it is allowable for him to eat from non-fit meat?
Also, one who has no ability to govern by the Book of Allah, that it is passable for him to control by-laws of Jaahiliyyah?
Or on the other hand, one who has no capacity to battle the doubters, that it is allowable for him to battle the Muslims?
What is this Satanic fiendish concept?!!!
Surely, Shaikhul Islam doesn't pardon for obliviousness or questionable translation in a reasonable Kufr. Thus the consensus of his assertion is a pardon of obliviousness and wrong translation in activities which are not expressly kufr and Sharee'ah matters that are not Kufr by being obliviousness of it, besides by dismissal and belying, and each of these doesn't become kufr besides in the wake of having its information.
What's more, nothing is found from the Shaykh negating what we certified in the correspondence and others.
