In situations where it is necessary, it is possible to call someone who has blocked your number. The below steps will help guide you through the ways you can call the person.
It should be noted that calling someone who has blocked your number can be interpreted as harassment and get you into serious legal trouble. Even the person does not take any legal steps it is your duty to respect their privacy and not call someone who doesn't want to o hear from you.
Call from another number
The first and easiest way to call someone who has blocked your number is to use another number unknown to the person. You can either get a new sim or just borrow someone's phone.
Since the new number is blocked, the person is likely to pick up and this will let you tell them the important message.
Change your caller ID
Doing this will not allow the receiving phone to display the number. It will show your number as hidden.
To change your caller ID on iOS, go to your phone settings app. Next go to "phone" section of the setting and click on "show my caller ID". Then slide it off.
To change it in Android, go to settings, then "call settings", click on "additional settings" and "caller ID". From their, click on hide number.
Your number will not show to the receiving phone and you will be able to bypass blocked list.
Please note that this methods should only be used on really important situations as they can get you into serious legal troubles if the person decides to press charges.
